1.目的Purpose

3.试验设备TestEquipment

注：对电动玩具，应装上推荐电池进行跌落测试。如果没有指定电池的规格型号，应使用通用的质量可能最重的通用电池。

4.测试程序TestProcedure

4.1测试环境TestEnvironment

4.1.1测试前， 测试样板必须在温度为20~25℃，相对湿度为20%~70%的环境中放置至少4h；

4.2测试要求TestRequirements

4.2.1根据客户规格要求，本公司或国际玩具安全标准要求，确定所需测试的产品测试的高度和次数；

4.2.2测试前必须对样板进行外观和功能检查，并编号，以供识别；

4.3一般性能要求GeneralTestRequirements

4.3.1在附件和电池完全装配好的情况下测试。如果产品是作为可重复装配或拆卸的则对安全装配好的产品和单独的部件都要进行测试。

4.3.1Testfullyassembledproductswithallaccessoriesandbatteriesinplace.Ifproductisintendedtoberepeatedlyanddisassembled,testthefullyassembledarticleandtheindividualsub-components.

5.评定Evaluation

5.1可靠性测试ReliabilityTesting

如测试后，样板无断裂、无失功能、无利角、利边或小物体（适用于3岁以下儿童玩具）以及其他安全性问题，则为合格。
