爱华网 [摘要]目的 研究与分析肺癌患者血清游离氨基酸及肺表面活性蛋白的表达及临床意义。方法 选取2015年7月～2016年5月无锡市第二人民医院收治的肺癌患者70例为观察组，同时选取70名健康同龄者为对照组。检测并比较两组的血清游离氨基酸及肺表面活性蛋白指标；比较不同分类和临床分期的肺癌患者的血清游�x氨基酸及肺表面活性蛋白指标，采用Logistic分析血清游离氨基酸及肺表面活性蛋白指标与肺癌的关系。结果 观察组的血清苏氨酸、色氨酸、谷氨酸水平均差于对照组，肺表面活性蛋白A、B、C水平均高于对照组（P0.05）。Logistic分析结果显示，血清游离氨基酸及肺表面活性蛋白指标均与肺癌有密切的关系（P

[Abstract]Objective To study and analyze the expression and clinical significance of serum free amino acids and pulmonary surfactant proteins of patients with pulmonary cancer.Methods Seventy patients with pulmonary cancer from July 2015 to May 2016 in the Second People′s Hospital of Wuxi City were selected as the observation group，and 70 healthy persons were selected as the control group，then the serum free amino acids and pulmonary surfactant proteins of two groups were detected and compared，then the serum free amino acids and pulmonary surfactant proteins of observation group with different types and stages of pulmonary cancer were compared too，and the relationship between the serum free amino acids，pulmonary surfactant proteins and pulmonary cancer were analyzed by the Logistic analysis.Results The serum free amino acids of observation group were all worse than those of control group，serum pulmonary surfactant proteins A，B，C were all higher than those of control group（P0.05）；Logistic analysis showed that，the serum free amino acids and pulmonary surfactant proteins all had close relationship with the pulmonary cancer（P [Key words]Serum；Free amino acids；Pulmonary surfactant proteins；Pulmonary cancer
肺癌是临床高发恶性肿瘤，肺癌高居我国恶性肿瘤发病之首[1]，因此对于本病的重视程度较高，相关的各方面研究，包括血液指标方面的研究十分多见[2-3]，但是对于肺癌具有较高诊断意义的血液指标的掌握仍十分欠缺，因此在此方面的探讨空间仍较大。本文中就血清游离氨基酸及肺表面活性蛋白在肺癌患者中的检测价值进行研究与分析，结果总结分析后报道如下。
