爱华网铝合金吊顶易安装、拆卸；也易于清理油污，厨房吊顶大家一般会选择铝合金吊顶。但是铝合金吊顶如果安装不当，厨房天空就会有“乌云”，会发生掉下来，或者变形的问题。下面，我们来看看正确的铝合金吊顶封顶流程。
1.钉铝合金边线
量水平线：用水平管测量墙面是否水平。若不水平则要修整。
弹水平线：用墨斗在墙面上弹出水平线。线条平直清楚。
钻孔：用冲击钻沿水平线打孔，钻头保持垂直不偏。
填木楔：用铁锤将木楔钉入所钻孔内。木楔为落叶松或白松木质为好。
量长度：用卷尺测量所需铝合金边线的长度。
检验边线：边线上有“小耳朵”，是用来固定铝扣板的。
切割边线：把铝合金边线放在模具里，用小钢锯按所需尺寸切割。
固定边线：将自攻螺丝钉拧进边线，用螺刀拧紧、牢固。
2.安装铝扣板
钻孔：用冲击钻在边线中间部位的上方打孔，孔距边线大致2cm左右。
填木楔：用铁锤将木楔钉入所钻孔内，钉紧无空隙、无松动。
钉枕木：将切割好的枕木钉在边线上方，枕木与边线之间靠紧。
划记号：在枕木中间划出记号，这是为了要在上面架一根连接的长枕木。
切割长枕木：按墙壁之间的距离切割出长枕木的尺寸。
定高度：将长枕木架在左右枕木上，在它和边线之间垫上特制小木块，调整距离。
固定长枕木：小木块的宽度和铝合金扣板的厚度一致，固定长枕木后再拿掉特制小木块。
量龙骨：用卷尺量出所需龙骨的长度，长度与长枕木的长度一样。
切割龙骨：用小钢锯将龙骨按记号切割好，切口平齐，无锐刺。
固定龙骨：将龙骨固定在长枕木上，固定的自攻螺丝用螺刀拧紧。
刮保护膜：为了安装后保护膜易撕开，用钢尺在棱边处来回刮几下。
吊顶上架：将铝合金吊顶从墙角向外铺，小心轻放，注意调整平整度。
固定扣板：调整铝扣板与龙骨之间的切合，固定吊顶。
切割灯槽：当铺到吊灯的位置时，在铝合金扣板上切割出正方小孔。
灯槽对齐：将灯线附近的铝扣板结合好，灯线整理放在开槽口内。
调理平整：整个吊顶铺好，察看铝扣板之间是否平整，调理达到水平齐整。
