三、轻质墙上必须布抗裂布，再进行粉刷。新老墙接头要铲除原墙体粉刷层，加网粉刷，让新老墙连接更牢固，如不铲除后期墙体接缝处则会开裂，造成不必要的损失。
四、新砌墙要求灰缝饱满，顶部必须使用小红砖斜砌。使用小红砖斜砌的这样做是为了防空鼓，保证抗压性，不易裂缝，如果横砌到顶，最后填缝不可能全部填满，这样的话后期就会墙体开裂。

六、新砌墙做二次粉刷，要求垂直平整。
七、墙砖，地砖的铺贴要求是横平竖直，拼缝整齐，零空鼓，最后是用垂直的2m靠尺进行验收，误差<2mm。
八、墙砖与地砖的节点必须是墙砖压地砖（1.国家规定 2.二次防水），在铺设过程中先是贴砖，做到零空鼓，为了让水泥充分凝固，在做填缝前要等（夏天3天，冬天5天），假如直接填缝的话，水泥没干，影响美观。砖与砖之间的高度必须<0.5mm。

不做装修门外汉 瓦工施工这样做绝对不后悔
1、施工队报价低于市场价的品牌瓷砖可能是假冒伪劣产品，你以为捡了大便宜，其实被坑了。所以最好自己去瓷砖了解一下产品的行情和真伪。
2、瓷砖和水泥就就好像是古时候的夫妻，必须门当户对。如果你因为特殊原因没有使用好的瓷砖，那么水泥也不要过于优质的，否则就会因为不兼容出现龟裂的现象，在辅料搭配上除非你是内行，不然就好好听从内行人的意见吧。
3、墙面砖粘贴时，施工队要对齐暗花，使得花纹、色泽对齐，这样才不会造成墙面砖花纹不一致，墙面才会成整体。这个需要监理、或者客户本身自己亲身盯住，毕竟是自己的爱家，弄坏了总会心疼的。
地板的保养工作是秋季必不可少的家居工作之一。可是在保养之前，地板上各种各样的污渍也要想办法去掉，但一些顽固污渍就让人一筹莫展了。别担心，一些小小的生活用品甚至是饮品就能解决难看的污渍，轻松保养地板。
精盐在我们的生活中扮演的是调味品的角色，其实，它还是去污的小能手哦。有时候不小心把鸡蛋弄到地上，弄干地面之后发现留下了难看的蛋迹，这时候只需要在蛋粘处洒上一点精盐，等待10分钟左右扫掉它，就会发现地板上的蛋迹已经不见了。
醋除了可以用来凉拌、蘸螃蟹、调味之外，加上牛奶或者烧过的蜂窝煤灰，去污能力五颗星。用发酸的牛奶，注意不是酸奶，加上少许的醋，最好是白醋，涂在污渍处，就能轻松去除污渍，而且会很光亮哦。用烧过的蜂窝煤灰擦抹厨房地板上的污渍、油渍，然后在拖把上洒上醋拖一下，污渍和油渍就能清除干净。
在一般的观念里，地面看上去油油的感觉就是没有打扫干净。其实不然，在擦地板时，往水里加上几滴色拉油再拖地，地面不仅会更易清洁，而且还能够起到提亮和保护地板的作用。
地板洗涤剂的选择也是一件有着诸多顾虑的事情。酸性碱性太强不行，味道刺鼻不行，干脆自己DIY吧!只需要一些简单的材料，就能制造出去污效果超群的洗涤剂。将软肥皂、漂白土、苏打和水以1：1：1：5的比例混合，放入大锅中煮沸，熬煮至原来体积的一半，捞出冷却，存起备用。熬煮后的液体用硬刷子沾了，顺着地板的纹路刷洗，然后用热水擦一遍，可以有效去除地板上的污迹。
查看原图有时候不小心打碎了杯子或者窗户，一地的玻璃碎片看着都危险。肉眼看得见的小颗粒可以用粘性胶带粘起来；玻璃粉末可以拿沾了水的棉花吸起，或者撒些饭粒，将粉末粘住，再用吸尘器将饭粒吸走。
家里如果有用剩的蜡烛头不要扔，当收集到一定数量的时候，将其切碎，去掉烛芯，和松节油以1：1的比例混合，隔水煮沸，融化的蜡烛液体充分搅拌后倒入容器，冷却后就是一块不错的地板蜡。地板蜡在使用前稍微加热，擦地板会更加轻松省力。
