However, some bad habits can spoil our lives, for example, smoking and staying up late at night, which is bad for a person's health. Therefore, life can be so much more enjoyable if you learn this simple habit. Just as if we do exercise every day, we shall be more and more healthy, even can become rich and clever. Some people go to bed late at night and get up late in the morning. Even though this is not good for them. We must sleep when it is dark. By contrast, when daylight comes, we must get up. This is the time for exercise. If the body is not used, it becomes weak. Without doubt that exercise keeps our body strong. We must restrain ourselves from endless entertainment.Otherwise, distracted and indulged, we can never maintain a good learning habit, let alone achieve academic excellence.

First of all, always keep in mind of what you really need. It is an absolute necessity for overcoming temptation. Secondly, weigh the advantages and disadvantages about what you are going to do.Finally, be adventurous, creative and open minded. Still, listen to others' advice. It has been said, "Fail to plan and you're planning to fail. " That statement may not be useful when it's applied to temptation. In this case, I know many people who get up each morning and fail to plan for what we will all certainly face. So, first and most important, you must be prepared. That's so simple, you have to have someone's help to
misunderstand. But, we must have had a lot of help because very few people have taken the time or made the effort to prepare. Take the time now to prepare yourself for those temptations that will inevitably come your way.
When we have formed the good study habit, we learn things quickly and remember things easily.Do you sometimes copy other's homework? It is not good. No matter how difficult the homework is, you must try to do it yourself and finish it on time. Besides, if you practice again and again, nothing will be difficult.
Custom is a second nature. When you are having lessons, don't forget to make notes. Every evening you must take out notes and review what you have learned today. In the same way, you can have a try that do not forget to clean up your desks before doing
