Notes

1.Businesslicense for industrial and commercial units is the certificate foran enterprise to obtain enterprise legal person qualification andlegal operation.

2.Thelicense is made in original and duplicate, with sameauthenticity.

3.Originallicense shall be placed at eye-catching place of the venue ofenterprise legal person.

4.Businesslicense shall not be forged, modified, rented, transferred, orassigned.

5.Whenregistration issues of enterprise legal person change, the originalregistration authority shall be approached to apply for amendmentof registration.

6.FromJanuary 1 to May 31 each year, registration authority will makeannual inspection to enterprise legal person.

7.Afterbeing suspended, business license shall automatically go void.Enterprise legal person shall engage in no business activitiesother than liquidation.

8.When anenterprise cancels registration, business licenses in original andduplicate shall be returned.

9.In caseof loss or damage of the Business License for industrial andcommercial units, Enterprise legal person shall, publishCancellation Notice on appointed newspaper or periodical,then apply with registration authority for receiving newone.
