根据《中华人民共和国劳动法》、《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》和有关法律、法规,甲乙双方经平等自愿、协商一致签订本合同,共同遵守本合同所列条款。
This contract is signed on a mutuality voluntarybasis by and between the following employer and employee inaccordance with the Labor Law of People’s Republic of China, LaborContract Law and relevant laws and regulations.

三、工作内容和工作地点

六、社会保险及其他保险福利待遇Chapter 6 Socialinsurance and other welfare
第十条甲乙双方按国家和北京市的规定参加社会保险。甲方为乙方办理有关社会保险手续，并承担相应社会保险义务。
Article 10 both parties shall pay social securityaccording to the state and Beijing regulation. Party A shall donecessary social security process for party B and take socialsecurity responsibility.
第十一条乙方患职业病或因工负伤的待遇按国家和北京市的有关规定执行。
Article 11 Party B shall havethe right of benefit for occupation disease or Injury according tothe state and Beijing regulation.
第十二条甲方为乙方提供以下福利待遇:
甲方依法为乙方缴纳社会保险，其中依据法律规定应该由乙方承担的部分，由甲方负担，甲方不再从乙方工资中扣除。
Article 12 Party A shouldprovide party B the welfare as follows:

七、劳动保护、劳动条件和职业危害防护
Chapter 7 Labor protection，work condition and occupation diseaseprotection
第十三条甲方根据生产岗位的需要，按照国家有关劳动安全、卫生的规定为乙方配备必要的安全防护措施，发放必要的劳动保护用品。
Article 13 Party A shall buynecessary security protection product and issue necessary laborprotection product according to the law or regulation.
八、劳动合同的解除、终止和经济补偿
Chapter 8Dissolution, termination andcompensation of contract
第十四条甲乙双方解除、终止、续订劳动合同应当依照《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》和国家及北京市有关规定执行。
Article 14Both parties shall abide by the <PRC laborcontract> and regulations of the state and Beijingfor the contract dissolution, termination or continue laborcontract.
第十五条甲方应当在解除或者终止本合同时，为乙方出具解除或者终止劳动合同的证明，并在十五日内为乙方办理档案和社会保险关系转移手续。
Article 15Party A shall give party B proof of contract termination orcontract break and do the file and social security transfer within15 days.
第十六条乙方应当按照双方约定，办理工作交接。应当支付经济补偿的，在办结工作交接时支付。
Article 16Party B shall do the transferof the job according to both parties. If there is any compensation,party A shall pay for it during the transfer.
九、劳动争议处理及其它
第十七条双方因履行本合同发生争议，当事人可以向劳动争议仲裁委员会申请仲裁.
Article 17 Anyissue caused by the performance of this contract, both parties canapply to the labor dispute arbitration committee forarbitration.
第十八条本合同的附件如下:

第十九条本合同未尽事宜或与今后国家、北京市有关规定相悖的，按有关规定执行。
Article 19Anything leftover or any article in this contract which conflictwith the future regulation will abide by the futureregulation.
第二十条本合同一式两份，甲乙双方各执一份。
