本菜参加SOHU《美厨学院第三讲:河鲜美》的活动
上周末带小朋友外出玩,累了一天回家不想进厨房做饭,让休息在家的老公做晚饭。没想到还非常给力,做了三个菜,其中一个是鱼,全家都喜爱吃的,那天就连邻居家的小朋友吃完都赞不绝口,说叔叔做的鱼非常好吃。另外两个菜:干煸豆角和干锅土司也一并受欢迎。
准备材料:
主料:武汉昌鱼1条、盐、油、酱油
配料:生姜、大蒜、豆瓣酱、水淀粉、小葱

制作方法:
1、将武昌鱼清理干净,在鱼背上画花刀,里外都抹上少许盐
2、生姜、大蒜切片、小葱切末。
3、锅中放油烧热,把鱼放锅中炸至两面发黄捞起。
4、鱼炸好后,在锅中留下少许剩油,放入生姜、大蒜炒出香味,再加入豆瓣酱一起翻炒几下,加入2碗水
5、锅中水烧开后,放入过油的武昌鱼、酱油中火煮10分钟左右(煮的过程中翻一次面)
6、待锅中的汤汁剩少许时,倒入用水淀粉勾芡,然后出锅
